Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Tarot Místico IA (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Description of the Service

Tarot Místico IA offers tarot readings, horoscopes, and personalized consultations generated using artificial intelligence, with a free plan and a paid subscription plan ("Plus") with additional features, as detailed on the website's pricing page.

2. Nature of the content: entertainment, not prediction

All content generated by the Service (card readings, horoscopes, interpretations) is intended exclusively for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, an actual prediction of the future or as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The user is solely responsible for decisions made based on such content.

3. Registration and user account

Access to certain features requires creating an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must provide truthful information when registering.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and contract the Service, including the paid subscription. If you are a minor, you need the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who will assume responsibility for any purchase made.

4. Free plan and Plus plan

The free plan includes the card of the day, horoscope, and other features described on the pricing page. The Plus plan is a monthly recurring paid subscription that unlocks unlimited spreads, personalized readings, couple compatibility, and other benefits listed on the website. The current price is always shown before completing the subscription.

5. Payments, renewal, and cancellation

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• You can choose a monthly or yearly plan; the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU/Spanish consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without justification. However, since this is a digital service not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once you expressly consent to the Service beginning immediately and acknowledge that doing so forfeits your right of withdrawal (per Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This consent is requested explicitly and separately right before completing any payment, whether for the Plus subscription or a gift subscription.

7. Gift codes

Tarot Místico Plus gift codes have no cash value, are non-refundable once purchased, and do not expire unless stated otherwise. Each code can only be redeemed once, on a single account. The owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized shared codes.

8. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, other users' accounts, or the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (design, card illustrations, code, brand) are the property of the owner or used under license, and no intellectual property rights are transferred to the user through mere use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; substantial changes will be notified through the website itself or by email.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the Service, nor for decisions the user makes based on content generated by the artificial intelligence.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any rights recognized to the user under consumer protection regulations.
